(Update: 12/18/2020) Thanks for being our valued customers and distributors in 2020. Your business means so much to us. We hope to continue serving you in 2021. Fortunately, business will continue as usual in 2021. However, as we enter the holiday season, shipping has reached record levels. Moreover, mercurial and inclement weather is commonplace from mid-December to mid-January. Finally, there are still some supply chain issues due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As we do every year, we will halt shipping (this year) from 12/17/2020 to 1/3/2021.
The emergency use approval of two new mRNA based vaccines, hopefully, will return our lives back to some semblance of normalcy. In the interim we would like to wish all of you a safe, healthy and happy holiday season.

(Update: 10/8/2020) We are moving forward with business as usual. Core sales and service personnel continue to work remotely. However, all shipping services continue to operate at full capacity. Manufacturing and shipping costs have risen. We will continue to keep price increases to a minimal amount. Thanks for your continued support during this very challenging year. Our next update will be in late December 2020 or early January 2021, hopefully under much improved circumstances.

(Update: 4/22/2020) Again, thank you for your continued business especially during these challenging times. All of our products continue to be available for purchase through all venues, directly by PO and through our website. Most importantly, all of our distributors have continuous access to all of our products. However, we may experience some delays in the mid-May through June months due to unforeseeable supply chain disruptions primarily due to sporadic work disruptions and remote work of non-essential employees. This is especially true as our production facility, located Kawasaki, Japan faces an increasing spread of COVID-19. We will keep you updated on any changes and/or delays.
(Update: 3/23/2020) Thank you for your continued business especially during these challenging times. As you are aware, businesses nationwide and globally continue to be affected by spread of COVID-19. This includes the extraordinary restrictions in place in the greater New York City area, location of our US Headquarters. All non-essential personnel are working remotely. Currently, all operations will continue as normal (Technical & Sales Support and S&R logistics).
Warehouse and shipping/receiving personnel in our Jamaica, NY warehouse location are continuing to work on schedule albeit with the possibility of reduced staffing. Also, our airport for shipping/receiving logistics, JFK International, continues to be operational. However, shipping and receiving capacity may be reduced.
Please continue to conduct business as usual. We are continuing to ship Monday-Friday via Fed-Ex 2-Day service for all purchase orders received before 2:30 PM Eastern Daylight Savings time (EDT). We will send out further notices as the conditions and situations change.
