Analysis of Cyclodextrins According to Japan’s Specifications and Standards for Food Additives Method (KS-802)

Cyclodextrins (α-, β-, γ-Cyclodextrin) were analyzed using SUGAR KS-802, sugar analysis column, according to Japan’s Specifications and Standards for Food Additives (JSFA-IX). The calibration curves of all cyclodextrins show good linearity respectively.


Sample : 1.4% each, 10µL
